Colorado Rockies’ center fielder, Ian Desmond, has made the decision to skip the 2020 season to dedicate more time to his young family. He explained that he does not want to take any unnecessary risks during the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak and also highlighted various issues in baseball such as sexism and racism.
