Mike McCarthy is set to take on the role of the ninth head coach in the history of the Dallas Cowboys, having signed a 5-year contract. He steps in for Jason Garrett, who led the team to a record of 85-67 from 2010 to 2019. The Cowboys are looking to McCarthy to help steer the team towards winning a Super Bowl.
