The Ohio State Buckeyes continued their winning streak against their long-standing rivals, the University of Michigan Wolverines, with an eighth consecutive victory on Saturday. Former Michigan graduate and current Patriots Quarterback, Tom Brady, expressed his struggle in coming to terms with the prolonged series of defeats.
Brady admitted, “I’m at a loss. It’s been challenging. I also have a couple of bets to settle, which only adds to the difficulty.”
However, Brady seemed to tease his alma mater on LeBron James’ Instagram post. “Next year will be our year,” Brady commented, but he humorously added the hashtag “#ivesaidthatbefore.”
Reflecting on his earlier prediction that Michigan would dominate Ohio State, Brady confessed feeling somewhat embarrassed. In an interview with the Greg Hill Show, Brady mentioned his ongoing wagers with former Ohio State teammates like Nate Ebner and John Simon. He acknowledged that his pride has been wounded and joked about possibly appearing in a few photos with his face concealed.
