Philadelphia is basking in the glow of victory following Thursday’s game against the Green Bay Packers. Despite a slow start, the Eagles surged ahead in the second quarter, leaving their opponents behind.
The Packers dominated the first quarter, leading with a score of 7-0 over Philadelphia. However, the Eagles staged a strong comeback in the second quarter, securing an impressive 8-point lead. The third quarter was a closely fought contest, resulting in a tie at 27 points each for both teams.
In the final quarter, the Packers seemed to lose steam, allowing the Eagles to flip the score from the first quarter and ultimately win with a score of 34-27.
Injuries impacted both teams, with the Eagles’ Avonte Maddox being taken off the field on a stretcher in the fourth quarter. Davante Adams of the Packers also suffered an injury in the last quarter following a successful catch.
