The trial date might clash with the training schedules of the female players. The judge’s chosen date is six months earlier than what the players had hoped for. This timing conflict could impact their participation in the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, creating a challenging situation for the players. There is a possibility of reaching a resolution to the lawsuit before the trial date.
