Kevin Harvick from Stewart-Haas Racing has expressed that he has no intentions to retire and transition into a NASCAR Cup Series commentator role, despite rumors suggesting otherwise regarding the 2014 champion. Speculation has been circulating about the possible retirement of Darrell Waltrip, who may be considering ending his time in the Fox Sports broadcast booth. Waltrip has been a part of Fox Sports since 2001 after concluding his successful racing career, during which he secured three Cup titles.
Harvick made it clear during a statement at Texas Motor Speedway on Friday, stating, “I’m not stepping away from the race car. I’m content and satisfied with where I am… in the race car and in my personal life.”
