Djokovic now wants to take No.1 rank from Nadal in Paris

In the recent time, Novak Djokovic is seen to be in a great form as well as they are poised to back the No.1 ranking from the rival Rafael Nadal at the Paris Masters. The Paris Masters which is scheduled to start from Monday, in which Djokovic was said to be only 215 points behind Nadal. At this tournament, he has won for four times and last time he won was in the year 2015 but now Nadal has never won here.

When it comes to the duo, then these two tennis star has combined won about 31 Grand Slams titles with Nadal is ahead with 17 titles.  But now it seems that Djokovic is in great form whereas Nadal is now returning from knee injury. Djokovic has won last four tournaments from total 5. He has got a string run on the US Open, Wimbledon open and recent Shanghai Masters.

On Sunday during the press conference, Djokovic has said that in US and Shanghai opens he has played in a good way. At the current moment, he is enjoying this game and also enjoys competing with others. It feels that he is reaching the ultra-dominant level as he was leading up to the time of winning the French open in the year 2016 in which it has turned out to be the last Grand Slam title which is said to be before the slump of about two years which is without winning the one.

In the year 2017, Djokovic has got the level of play as it is started to drop due to the complications which come with the elbow injury. In this tournament, he has got a bye to the second round in Paris. Meanwhile, Nadal said that his knee had recovered completely and he will be playing at his best.
