Jimmy Butler told Timberwolves he Wants to get Traded to Heat

Jimmy Butler , Timberwolves

The saga of Jimmy Butler continues to dance through the corridors of NBA, it even echoes off in the office of Glen Taylor, but unfortunately, the saga gets trapped in the presence of the president of the team and the coach Tom Thibodeau.

Some of the initial reports have claimed that Butler is sought to trade to two NBA teams, New York teams and the Los Angeles Clippers (the presence of LeBron on another L.A. team has led to their deletion, allegedly. Marc Stein of the New York Times’ told the Jimmy Butler’s agent, Bernie Lee of Thread Sports Management, has reportedly informed the Miami team about his preferred destination.

“Jimmy Butler and his agent Bernie Lee have informed Wolves ownership that Miami is Butler’s preferred trade destination, league sources say.”

The interest that was shown by Miami isn’t relatively new, but the attention that has been demonstrated by Butler was quite intriguing. One of the writers of ESPN has confirmed interest from Butler’s camp and has been claiming that this has always been the case. Stefano Fusaro of ESPN said that “I reported this last week. Butler has been expressing interest in Miami since the beginning of this whole saga with the Timberwolves.”

On the other hand, Miami has got a ton of assets that are going to get unloaded after the president of the team; Pat Riley had reportedly emptied the coffers to the unemployment benefits deals surrounding Tyler Johnson, Dion Waiters, Goran Dragic, James Johnson and Hassan Whiteside.

It appears the Timberwolves have been making the dual decision paths. The owner of the team Glen Taylor is fielding on the phone calls related to the external trade based on the purview of GM Scott Layden and Thibodeau has added an extra layer of confusion to the previous disarranged procedure.
