Reports indicate that he has inked a one-year contract worth $5.3 million with the reigning two-time champions.
The Warriors are expected to provide Cousins with ample time to fully recuperate from his injury before he can actively participate in the upcoming season. Cousins, a player who has been selected for two All-NBA teams, disclosed his decision in New Orleans after the Pelicans secured a deal with free agent Julius Randle. In his previous 48 games, Cousins showcased impressive statistics with an average of 25.2 points, 12.9 rebounds, 5.4 assists, and a 3-point shooting percentage of 35.4%.
Cousins revealed that he explored various options with his agent before opting to join the Warriors.
