Jorge Alfaro secured a thrilling win for the San Diego Padres with a game-winning hit, marking his second consecutive clutch performance.
After the game, during an interview with Bally Sports San Diego, Alfaro was caught off guard and about to let out an intense f-bomb.
In a previous game, Alfaro had pumped up his teammates and fans with a fiery “let’s f*cking go San Diego” declaration during a live on-field interview.
Field reporter Annie Heilbrunn asked Alfaro about his supportive teammates staying out of the clubhouse to witness his postgame interview, saying, “They’re all watching you, they’re throwing things at you, what can you say about this group that has stayed out of the clubhouse to come watch you right now?”
Alfaro sensed the anticipation and responded, “I think they’re waiting for something,” before finally delivering the eagerly awaited message to the fans and his teammates, “LET’S F*CKING GO SAN DIEGO!”
