Chris Pratt initially expressed dissatisfaction with Israel Adesanya’s performance at UFC 276 but has now offered an apology.
Following UFC 276, the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s Star-Lord voiced his disappointment with Adesanya’s display.
In a modest manner, Pratt stated his views at the desk, acknowledging his lack of experience in the octagon. He conveyed his disappointment in Adesanya’s pre-fight bravado not translating into a strong performance, urging him to live up to his reputation as a fierce competitor.
Adesanya noticed Pratt’s remarks and responded by sharing a clip from the movie “Wanted” where James McAvoy’s character hits Pratt with a keyboard.
Subsequently, Pratt entered the conversation thread and issued an apology.
“You’re right. I’m sorry, brother. Criticism without firsthand experience bothers me as well. It’s hypocritical to do so to you when I wouldn’t want it done to me. My mistake. Keep excelling, champ.”
