Current French Open title holder, Rafael Nadal, is content with his current performance as he endeavors to secure his 12th men’s singles championship at Roland Garros.
Expressing his satisfaction, Nadal shared in a press briefing, “I am pleased with my form at the moment. My primary objective is to maintain this level.” He further added, “Essentially, staying healthy is crucial. Subsequently, it’s about performing well and staying mentally and physically fresh.”
The renowned Spanish player, Nadal, is set to face Yannick Hanfmann from Germany in the initial Round 1 clash on Sunday, May 26 at the French Open. The likes of Federer, Tsitsipas, Muguruza, Stephens, and Venus will also be in action headlining the Sunday lineup.
The ongoing qualification rounds pave the way for the 2019 French Open, known as Roland-Garros, held from May 20 to June 2019.
