This is quite an interesting crossover that Taylor Canfield of the Cup of America challenger Stars and Stripes teams has now joined the US team in the league of the fledgeling SialGP just a couple of weeks before the inauguration in Sydney in Australia. The team U.S. Sail GP announced the addition of Canfield in the team as the flight controller-tactician after a day of launching its 50-foot foiling Catamaran on the Sydney harbour.

The opening regatta in the league of six country league is scheduled on 15th and 16th of February. Canfield is also the helmsman of the team stars and stripes in the USA which happened to be launched in December and is about to make a selection of the sailing crew and is now making the boats for the 36th cup of America in the year 2021 in Auckland of New Zealand.

In the young team of the United States, the addition of Canfield will strengthen the team with a whole lot of experience and depth. The skipper and helmsman of the United States team named Rome Kirby had claimed his victory in the year 2013, has now merely two weeks to make the roles of the boat dynamic. The boat takes a total of five crew members to sail the boat, and when we have a look at the US team, then they have six sailors and thus it was able to have a rotation system.

Kirby stated on a release that Taylor is quite an essential addition to the team as he has the world-class experience and incredible intensity of competition in waters. He is just the fittest amongst all the other team members. He is one of the best racing sailors, and there are many races where the man has sailed with and against the United States.
